Liability Statement
If you are using the Tradegraft application via the website these are the terms and conditions of use.
Every time you use Tradegraft either via the website or the application (referred to as “Tradegraft”) you are accepting these terms and conditions.
For the purposes of these terms and conditions Tradegraft Ltd will be referred to as “we” and “our”, “you” and “your” refer to any company or individual using Tradegraft.
Tradegraft is not responsible for any problems arising from external services, for example (but not limited to), interruptions or delays in your internet service. Tradegraft maintains the highest security and operational standards and reserves the right to change these without notice as required to ensure the highest level of operation.
Linked Sites
Linking to external sites, for example, training providers sites, via Tradegraft, is done entirely at your own risk. Tradegraft is not responsible for the function, content or security of any other website.
Information on Tradegraft
Tradegraft is designed to provide the most accurate information possible, but we are not responsible for any information added to Tradegraft by you or any third party with whom you interact on Tradegraft.
Tradegraft uses information sourced from third parties, for example, skills cards schemes, the accuracy of this information remains the sole responsibility of the card scheme and Tradegraft cannot be held responsible for the accuracy of information from users or third parties.
Using Tradegraft
Tradegraft is designed to be used to advertise jobs, recruit qualified staff and to provide access to skills training. Tradegraft must not be used for any other purpose.
You must not interfere in any way, without limitation, with the function of Tradegraft, or in any way try to access information via Tradegraft, to which you do not have legal access. You must not attempt to interrupt, damage, or in any way compromise the code or function of Tradegraft.
You are responsible for any information that you add or upload to Tradegraft, regarding your personal profile, work history, qualifications and any other information. Job details and related information are also entirely the responsibility of the user and Tradegraft is in no way responsible for the accuracy of the information.
Tradegraft retains the right to remove your profile or delete your profile at any time if you are deemed to have misused the site in any way or attempted to add or use false information, or information not pertaining to you. Tradegraft is not required to provide any reason for your removal or the cancellation of your account, and will never enter into correspondence relating to such an issue.
Your information on Tradegraft
You are able to find more detailed information in regards to how Tradegraft uses the information that you provide in our privacy statement. In order for Tradegraft to function properly you must enter all the required information, failure to do so will mean that Tradegraft is unable to search for either jobs or operators for you.
Tradegraft does not work with any other recruitment companies or agencies.
Tradegraft works with third party training providers to offer you upskilling opportunities related to your current skills or to available opportunities on Tradegraft. Tradegraft is not responsible for the delivery or content of any of these opportunities, and is not responsible for future opportunities arising from them.
Terms of Business
Operators: operators can only enter information related to their skills and qualifications. These will be validated in real time in order to set up your account and whenever you apply for an opportunity. You must not attempt to use other operator’s details to set up a Tradegraft account or on your Tradegraft account.
Operator recruitment: employers are required to be validated and to accept the terms and conditions of Tradegraft prior to being able to access Tradegraft services. Opportunities advertised through Tradegraft must be completed through Tradegraft and not by other means.
Training providers: training providers are third parties to Tradegraft and are therefore entirely responsible for their training courses and the contents therein. Promoting courses on Tradegraft means that the course provider is assured by NOCN, the relationship and associated requirements between NOCN and any training provider is entirely separate to Tradegraft.
Your security with Tradegraft
Tradegraft uses two factor authentication to ensure the security of your account and password, but setting up your account and password are solely your responsibility. You must keep your password confidential at all times and not allow any other party access to your account. Tradegraft advises that you use a unique password for your account and renew it regularly to ensure your security. If you think that your account security has been compromised or that your password has been stolen please let us know immediately.
Tradegraft Copyright
All material, software, images and information that enable the function of Tradegraft remain the sole property of Tradegraft, and are protected under copyright law. They may not be copied or reused in any context without prior written permission.
Termination of Service
Tradegraft have the right to close your account without notice or explanation.
Liability of Use
Tradegraft has no liability in any instance for the accuracy or completeness of operator information or information pertaining to employment or training opportunities.
Misuse of, or misrepresentation on, Tradegraft is the responsibility of the relevant account holder. By using Tradegraft you agree to indemnify us against any costs, losses, liabilities or legal proceedings arising from your use of Tradegraft.
You are required to immediately notify us if a claim is made, or threatened, against you in regard to your use or the information that you provide on Tradegraft.
Operating Jurisdiction
Tradegraft operates only within the UK and is therefore subject to UK law.
Terms and Conditions Changes
We can change these terms and conditions at any time and without notice. By using the website you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
Invalidity of Terms and Conditions.
If any of these terms and conditions are deemed to be invalid by law, no other terms and conditions will be considered invalid and will therefore remain in place.

- Training, validation and jobs are the main reasons that we use your data, helping to match you, as employers, with workers, and, you, as operators with work and the training you need.
- We won’t collect any unnecessary data from you, just what we need to make everything work as well as possible.
- We keep your information up to date, that’s the purpose of our real time qualification validation.
- We won’t keep your payment details.
What does data sharing with Tradegraft mean?
Tradegraft uses your data to make sure that we are able to provide the best possible services to you.
This means that we are able to link you with operators, employers and training opportunities which meet your needs. The better we are able to do this the more opportunities there are for everyone.
We use the information that we collect to be able to better understand the needs of all our users, to make recommendations and to make our service function more efficiently for everyone.
Any information that is shared with Tradegraft from other sites is secure at Tradegraft, is used to protect your privacy and gives us the ability to make sure our service is tailored to your needs.

Website Privacy policy
If you register on the Website as a recruiter or course provider and provide us with personal data, we will process such personal data on the basis that it is necessary to do so in order to perform the contract you enter into with us. We may also contact you via email to invite you to review any services and/or products you received from us in order to collect your feedback and improve our services and products (the "Purpose").
What we do
Registration with and use of the Website for job seekers and those looking to purchase courses or receive career advice is free. When you register as a job seeker, you engage with us to provide you with online recruitment services. The service includes providing you with regular bespoke updates of relevant vacancies and relevant courses which may be of interest to you. These updates will be provided as job alerts and course alerts which we will email to you (or send by SMS messaging where relevant). Job alerts and course alerts may provide details of vacancies and courses of third-party providers and when you express an interest in any of these third-party job alerts or course alerts by clicking on the relevant link in the emails, you may be taken directly to the website of our third-party providers without the need to log into your Tradegraft account first.
If you do not want to receive that information from us, we give you the opportunity to opt out both as part of the registration process and at any time by updating your contact preferences in your account or by clicking on the "unsubscribe" link within those emails.
Lawful basis for processing of your personal data
Legitimate Interest
We process your personal data when it is in our legitimate interests to do this in order to provide our services. Our legitimate interests include (but are not limited to) the following: introducing of job seekers and those interested in courses to recruiters and course providers; transmission of job alerts and course alerts; the measures we take in order to ensure the security and integrity of the services we provide; promoting, marketing and advertising of our products and services; analysis of our users’ behaviour, activities, preferences and requirements; understanding of existing products and services and the development of new products and services; the handling of customer contacts, queries and complaints; making available the services through the Website to our users (providers of courses, recruiters, job seekers and those intending to buy course or those just expressing an interest in learning more about the products offered by us; the sharing of personal data with our third party suppliers (e.g. communication providers) who act as our data processors to enable us to provide our services; the provision of your contact details, name, IP Address, country of residence and payment confirmation (if relevant) to any course providers where you purchase a course through the Website. Where you only make an inquiry into a course available through the Website, we will only process your personal data as required on the inquiry form.
Consent
When you apply for a job on Tradegraft you are consenting to Tradegraft forwarding your relevant personal information to an employer for the purposes of your consideration for the role. Should you then accept the job you are consenting for your full personal information will be passed on to the employer.
Tradegraft is not responsible for the security of your personal information after it is in the possession of an employer.
You are able to consent to the forwarding of your CV to employers if required for a job application.
You are able to download your CV from Tradegraft. Your CV can be validated by an employer using a QR code that appears on the CV. If your download is more than two weeks old then it can non longer be validated by Tradegraft and the QR code will identify this.
What Information do we collect about you?
The personal information we collect about you may include the following:
- The information set out in your CV
- Information to enable us to provide our services e.g. your date of birth and location, your preferred job location and the kind of work you are interested in
- General identification and contact information e.g. your name, IP address, residential address, email and telephone details
- Marketing preferences
- Statistical information e.g. aggregate statistical information about site visits
We collect the personal data about you when you register with the Website. We do so in order to provide you with the recruitment services that are available through the Website as well as for administrative purposes when you purchase or enquire about courses available through the Website.
Any purchase that you make with a training provider for a course that you have accessed through a Tradegraft promotion is a transaction that takes place entirely outside of Tradegraft and Tradegraft has no responsibility whatsoever for your purchase or the processing of your financial information.
What do we do with your personal data?
Operators
Registering with Tradegraft requires the use of your personal qualifications and location data to link you to suitable employment opportunities. Further personal contact information is only made available to employers or training providers when you express an interest in either a work opportunity or a training course.
Marketing
From time to time, we would like to tell you more about the other goods and services available through Tradegraft. We will do this by sending you marketing emails if you subscribe to them when you sign up to the website (by ticking the relevant box where indicated). You can subsequently unsubscribe by clicking the unsubscribe link in every subsequent marketing email.
You are able to amend your contact choices at any time to stop us from contacting you in connection with job opportunities or courses, including job alerts and course alerts, for which you register when you set up your account.
Tradegraft may also send you marketing information in relation to the services provided and products or features that may be of interest to you. You can choose to opt out of receiving such marketing information at any time.
Tradegraft uses tracking pixels in our marketing emails. These provide us with information in relation to your interaction with the emails (e.g. if you opened the email). This information helps us to better understand how customers engage with our content and to analyse the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns. You can disable tracking pixels by changing your email settings to block the loading or display of external images.
Data Sharing and Transfers
Job Seekers
As part of the job searching we provide, when you express your interest in a job, we may make your personal data available to third parties such as employers and their agents or other business partners. We attempt to verify the identity of these third parties when they sign up with us, however we do not make any warranties as to their authenticity. This happens when you apply for a job through the Tradegraft or when you share your CV on Tradegraft. These parties will also be data controllers of your personal data. The amount of personal data we share with these parties depends on you applying for and accepting a job opportunity on Tradegraft.
Courses
When you purchase or enquire about a training course available through the Tradegraft, we will make your personal data available to the course provider to enable it to provide the course to you. The course provider will be a data controller in relation to your personal data.
All users
We may share your personal data with third party service providers who assist us in carrying out our business activities. These third parties act as our data processors and are bound by strict contractual provisions to only process your personal data under our instructions and for the limited purposes we permit them. These third parties include (but are not limited to) our accountants; auditors; external legal advisors; external IT providers; support and hosting service providers; printing, advertising, marketing and market research and analysis service providers, technical engineers, data storage and cloud providers and all other outsourced service providers (such as communication providers) that assist us in the provision of our services.
We may also share your personal data with courts, tribunals, regulators and other governmental and public authorities (such as the police or tax authorities) to: (i) allow us to pursue legal remedies, (ii) to enforce our terms and conditions and protect our operations, (iii) to comply with legal process, (iv) to comply with applicable law, and (v) to respond to requests from public and governmental bodies.
Your personal data is stored on our servers which are in the United Kingdom.
Access to your information and correction
We want to make sure that your information is accurate and up-to-date and will delete or amend any information that you think is inaccurate. Should you wish to delete your account please contact support@tradegraft.com. Amendments to your account can be made online.
We aim to provide you with useful work-related services for the whole of your career. However, you have the right to close your account at any time and have us delete all of your personal information unless we are in the process of responding to any complaint that you make.
Cookies
Cookies are text files placed on your computer to collect standard internet log and visitor behaviour information. This information is used to track visitor use of the Tradegraft, to compile statistical reports on Tradegraft activity and to help us make recommendations that are relevant to you.
We also use third party advertising companies to serve ads when you visit Tradegraft. Those companies may use information about your visits to this and other websites in order to provide you with advertisements about other goods and services that may be of interest to you.
